Our services

Macaya Tax Solutions Group Inc. provides tax preparation, tax filing, and bookkeeping services. Engagement begins once we accept your intake submission and confirm scope and pricing.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and documents. We prepare returns based on what you supply; we are not responsible for penalties or interest resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted before work begins. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, and Stripe emails your receipt. Corporate filings are payable at the time of service. Refund-based payment plans are available to qualifying clients for eligible individual and self-employed returns.

Refunds

Because preparation work begins immediately, fees for completed or substantially completed work are non-refundable. If you believe an error was made on our side, contact us and we will review and correct it at no additional charge.

Confidentiality

Client information is kept confidential and disclosed only as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We do not provide legal or investment advice.
